While we’re happy to provide ballpark quotes over the phone or by text, ( up to 1 truckload ) but seeing the job in person allows us to give you the most accurate price, we can often offer a better quote in person — and in most cases, it ends up being cheaper than expected.

In-person estimates help us understand exactly what needs to be hauled, how much space it will take in our truck, and what can be donated or recycled. It also gives you a chance to ask questions, walk us through the job, and get upfront pricing with no surprises.

Our estimates are 100% free, with no pressure to book. It’s just the best way to ensure fair, transparent pricing for your junk removal, hauling cleanup or property cleanup.

We don’t charge you for empty space or try to sell you a full truck when you don’t need it. Every load is customized to fit your specific job, whether it’s:

How do you fit more in one load?

We operate one of the largest junk removal trucks in the county, measuring:
 • 16 feet long
 • Holding up to 33 cubic yards
Most competitors run trucks or trailers around 12–14 feet, which often requires multiple trips. What takes them two loads, we can often complete in one—saving you time and money.
Our truck is fully built for junk removal, featuring:
 • Full metal sides (stronger and higher capacity than wood-sided trailers)
 • Optimized space for maximum loading efficiency
How do you maximize space (and save me money)?
With over 10 years of experience, we use professional, efficient loading techniques to get the most out of every inch, including:
 • Standing large items (like couches) upright
 • Facing and stacking items strategically
 • Using interior spaces (like inside furniture) for smaller items
 • Filling gaps to eliminate unused air space
We treat every load like a puzzle—minimizing wasted space so you’re not paying for it.
Bottom line:

If it’s not your space, you shouldn’t be paying for it. We make sure you only pay for what you use—nothing more.

Cost You Nothing Quotes Explained

While we can sometimes provide a rough ballpark over the phone, phone quotes usually have to be priced a little higher. This is simply because we can’t see the job in person yet. Factors like the exact volume of items, access to the area, items we can donate, stairs, distance to the truck, weight of materials, or special handling requirements such as appliance's, landfill extras, or hazardous items.

Photos can help, but they often don’t show the full scope of the job or hidden items that may be underneath or behind other debris. Because of this, phone quotes are typically given on the higher side to avoid underestimating the work.

That’s why we always recommend taking advantage of our free in-person estimates that cost absolutely nothing at all. When we can see the job firsthand, we’re able to give you the most accurate price possible, and in most cases the final price ends up being lower than a phone estimate. I see you are a verified Google Guaranteed/ Google Verified service provider, what does it mean?

Great question. Being Google Verified (previously called Google Guaranteed) means our business has passed Google’s required screening process through the Local Services Ads program. This includes a full background check on the business and owners, verification of all required professional licenses, and confirmation of active liability insurance.
Google reviews our documentation to make sure our business is legitimate, properly licensed for the services we offer, and fully insured. Although Google no longer provides the reimbursement guarantee that was part of the old “Google Guaranteed” badge, the verification process remains the same.
This badge shows customers that we’ve been vetted by Google and meet their standards for trust, safety, and professional credibility.

Can you move items to another location?

We're strictly a junk removal and hauling service focused on removing unwanted items from your property and taking them directly to disposal or recycling facilities. Our insurance only covers hauling junk away—not moving or relocating personal belongings. Moving requires specialized insurance to protect items from damage, loss, or breakage during transport, and our policy explicitly excludes any kind of moves. This keeps us fully compliant, properly insured, and focused on what we do best: clearing out true junk, hauling and demoing items you don't want. For relocating usable items, we recommend a licensed moving company.

Do you charge to take donations?

Yes, we charge to take donations. Although there may or may not be a dumping fee. We are not only transporting the items, we're also taking the risk that those items may be rejected at donation.

Do you offer discounts for donations? How do donations work?

Accepted Answer

No—donation pickups are charged at the same rate as regular hauling. Even when items are being donated, the job still requires space,labor, loading, transportation, and time at the donation facility.

To qualify for donation, items must be:
 • Boxed, bagged, or neatly organized
 • Folded when applicable
 • Clearly labeled
Loose or unorganized items (including bags of mixed goods or loose books) are typically not accepted from commercial companies.
Many customers are told “yes” by donation centers—but that usually applies to personal drop-offs, not business deliveries. Commercial loads follow stricter rules and are often declined if they don’t meet requirements.

We work with organizations like Habitat for Humanity, where items must be clean and donation-ready. Some furniture may be accepted depending on condition, but final approval is always up to the facility.

 • We do not store, resell, or keep any items
 • We do not make false promises just to win the job
 • We are a fully county-registered and verified company
The truth is, many companies will say your items will be donated or resold—but due to strict commercial guidelines, there’s a strong chance items may not be accepted unless properly labeled.

That said, we do everything we can to improve your items’ chances of being accepted for donation or resale. We strongly encourage customers to:

• Label boxes clearly
 • Keep items organized and donation-ready
 • Properly pack fragile items (like glassware or dishes) using paper or padding to prevent damage during transport
We are a junk removal and property cleanout company—not a donation or storage service. While our goal is to keep as much as possible out of local landfills and help repurpose items back into the community, we cannot guarantee donation acceptance.

We can remove almost anything! Our truck is equipped with a 12,000lb winch-mounted pulley system for the heaviest and largest items. However, we no longer remove dirt as it requires pre-authorization from the County, which can be a complicated process for local businesses.

Yes, we do. We partner with Habitat for Humanity, Grey Bears, and local recyclers to donate reusable items and recycle as much as possible. Our goal is to keep good items out of landfills while helping the local community.
